NMT in Mathematics: What Tasks Await Applicants in 2025.
Details of the New National Multi-Subject Testing for School Graduates in 2025
The Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment (UCEOQA) has revealed the details of the national multi-subject testing (NMT) for school graduates in 2025.
As a result of the ongoing Russian aggression, the educational system continues to adapt to new realities while maintaining high standards of knowledge assessment.
Experts from UCEOQA reported that mathematics remains a mandatory subject for testing. The test will cover the entire school curriculum in mathematics, including algebra, geometry, and elements of statistics. The overall structure of the exam includes 22 tasks of various formats.
«According to the conversion table, the result of each educational subject will be converted into a rating score on a scale of 100-200 points», — emphasized the Center. Participants will immediately learn about their results after completing the testing.
It is fundamentally important that the maximum score will be 32. Scoring will be differentiated: one point for a correct answer to multiple-choice questions, one point for each correctly defined logical pair, and two points for each short answer.
During the testing, the use of reference materials from algebra, geometry, and elements of statistics is allowed. This additionally facilitates the exam process for graduates.
It was also revealed when to register for the NMT in 2025.
