Nova Poshta has radically updated its mobile application: what has changed.

Nova Poshta has introduced an updated mobile application with extended capabilities for users. This means that customers can now independently manage their shipments without needing to contact the call center. The new application allows tracking packages, redirecting them, delegating receipt to other people, and ordering a courier for a specific Time.

Among the main functions of the updated application:

  • Displaying all packages on the main screen with sorting and filtering options.
  • Independent management of shipments, including payment for another person and redirection.
  • Calling a courier with the option to choose a convenient time and tracking their movement in real-time.
  • Detailed tracking of package movements within Ukraine and abroad.
  • Simplified receipt of shipments from parcel lockers.

Nova Poshta claims that this application is unified for using the company's services both in Ukraine and in all European countries where it operates.
