New Booking Rules from the Cabinet — What Has Changed.
The government has approved new rules for the booking of employees of critically important enterprises for the economy. Now, regional military administrations cannot assign this status without coordination with the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Defense, as was the case before.
According to the decree from July 14, enterprises that may receive the status of critical importance work in the fields of agriculture, forestry or fisheries, mining and processing industries, energy, water supply, and other sectors.
Verification Rules
- Regional military administrations must verify the compliance of enterprises granted the status of critical importance within a month.
- Employees who are wanted cannot receive booking until they are found.
- To obtain booking, a conscript must update their military data, even if they work at a critically important enterprise.
The government has changed the procedure for booking employees of critically important enterprises, requiring coordination of this status with the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Defense. The new rules have also expanded the range of enterprises that can obtain the status of critical importance to the economy.
