At critical facilities, the working week can be extended to 60 hours, and wages will also be increased. Some workers are given the opportunity to work a shorter week for higher pay. The work schedule at such facilities is determined by the employer.

For certain categories of workers, a reduced working time of 40 hours per week has been established, with their wages also increasing. Changes to rest rules

Changes have also been made to the rules on the duration of workers' rest. The minimum duration of weekly rest has been reduced, and work on weekends is no longer restricted. Other limitations have also been lifted. If an employer delays salary payments due to martial law, it is considered a violation of workers' rights.

Additionally, Ukrainians are prohibited from receiving both a pension and wages simultaneously.

These changes are aimed at adapting working conditions to the new realities that have arisen due to the war.
