New versions of gas bills - Naftogaz made a statement.
The gas supply company 'Naftogaz of Ukraine' has decided to make life easier for its customers by introducing electronic versions of gas bills. Now, Ukrainians can conveniently receive payment documents online without waiting at the post office.
To be able to view bills and pay them on time, it is enough to have access to a phone or computer. This is convenient, as users can quickly check their payment history and save receipts in electronic form.
The innovation has caused some excitement on social media, as some customers expressed outrage over the absence of stamps on electronic documents. However, company representatives assured that they meet all legislative requirements and have the necessary legal force.
According to the new law, Naftogaz bills must contain necessary information such as the personal account number, gas price, amount due, service volumes, and payment timelines. Additionally, customers can learn about the conditions for refunds for overpayments and avoiding improper charges for services.
