The minister noted: 'Quality management in the army, trust in commanders, leadership of our Armed Forces – this is essential so that Ukrainians feel comfortable and do not require conscription, which we sometimes observe.'
'Mobilization in Ukraine is taking place according to plan, and many people voluntarily join the Armed Forces to defend the country. We are obliged to support these individuals and develop the system in the Armed Forces for Ukrainian warriors', — Shmyhal added.
It is important to note that mobilization continues according to plan, and many volunteers are joining the Armed Forces. Therefore, the state receives support from its citizens in defending the homeland.
