As reported by GSMArena, these are the world's first models with an active liquid-air cooling system designed for stable performance during the most intense gaming sessions.

Innovative Cooling Technologies

The new smartphones use a fluorinated liquid that is typically used in cooling systems for artificial intelligence servers. This liquid maintains stability within a temperature range of -60°C to 108°C and does not conduct electricity. The design features a ceramic micro-pump with a thickness of just 0.85 mm and a fan that spins at a speed of 24000 RPM, providing effective cooling under heavy loads.

Technical Specifications

Redmagic 11 Pro and Pro+ are powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip paired with LPDDR5T RAM and UFS 4.1 Pro storage. The Ultra Graphics Engine 3.0 graphics engine, along with its own RedCore R4 chip, allows over 200 games to be played at a resolution of up to 2K at 144 Hz, with ray tracing support implemented.

The Redmagic 11 Pro model is equipped with an 8000 mAh battery supporting 80W charging, while the Pro+ has a 7500 mAh battery with 120W fast charging and 80W wireless charging.

Display and Cameras

Both smartphones feature a 6.85-inch OLED BOE X10 display with a resolution of 2688×1216 pixels and a refresh rate of 144 Hz. They are equipped with an ultrasonic 3D fingerprint scanner, dedicated 'shoulder' gaming buttons, and the Star Shield Eye Protection 2.0 vision protection system. The main camera consists of two 50 MP modules - main and ultra-wide, while the front camera has a resolution of 16 MP and is located under the screen.

Additional Features

Among other features, the smartphones have a 3.5 mm audio jack, NFC, Wi-Fi 7, IPX8 protection, three microphones, and stereo speakers. They run on RedMagic OS 11, which is equipped with a set of AI features.

Prices

The price of the standard Redmagic 11 Pro starts at approximately $700 for the 12/256 GB version and $800 for the 16/512 GB model. The Redmagic 11 Pro+ is available in configurations of 16/512 GB and 24 GB/1 TB for $910 and $1080, respectively.
