The stage of the Ukrainian National Children's Myroniuk League - La flash Cup took place in Kyiv
On October 5-6, the stage of the Ukrainian National Children's Myroniuk League - La flash Cup was held in Kyiv among children born in 2014 and younger. Young fencers from 7 regions of Ukraine and Kyiv participated in the competition.
The youngest participants of the tournament represented the Complex Children's and Youth Sports School No. 13 from Odesa.
Stas Yaremchuk performed excellently in the tournament, losing in the final match only to an athlete from Kirovohrad region. The silver medal became his first award at the national level.
The 20th Ukrainian Sabre Fencing Tournament among Cadets took place
On October 7, the 20th Ukrainian Sabre Fencing Tournament among Cadets in honor of the honored coach of Ukraine, Mykhailo Kohut, took place. 46 athletes from Kyiv, Netishyn, Odesa, Cherkasy, Mykolaiv, Vyshneve, and Oleksandriya participated in the competition.
Odesa athlete Nikita Obukhov performed successfully in the tournament, winning a bronze medal.
Coaches Alexander Vasiutin and Nikita Stolbov prepared the athletes for these competitions.
