Specialists have already inspected 76 educational institutions in the Odesa, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, and Berezivka districts. In each institution, they check whether the classrooms, gyms, food facilities, roofs, and playgrounds have been repaired in time. Particular attention is paid to hygiene - whether there is hot water, soap, towels, and whether the staff have undergone medical examinations. They also look at the condition of dishes, refrigerators, and kitchen utensils.
In addition, specialists consult with administrations regarding sanitary legislation requirements, explaining how to avoid food poisoning and gastrointestinal infections. Inspections will continue until the start of the school year.
It should be noted that the number of students in the Odesa region decreases every year. We also reported that children should be accepted into educational institutions without tests.
