According to preliminary information, no injuries were reported. The suspect, a 22-year-old serviceman who was on leave, has been identified as the perpetrator.

During the event, the suspect fired several shots into the air using a starter pistol and also detonated a grenade. Law enforcement apprehended the serviceman in accordance with legal procedures. At the time of arrest, authorities seized a pistol with ammunition and the grenade casing. Investigators have entered the case into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations under an article related to hooliganism, which carries a penalty of up to seven years in prison.
