The chief doctor of the Lviv Regional Center for Medical and Social Expertise declared an income of 4.8 million UAH
The chief doctor of the Lviv Regional Center for Medical and Social Expertise, Volodymyr Reshota, declared an income of 4.8 million UAH for 2024. This was reported by the website Glavcom, citing the register of declarations.
The largest amount of income, specifically 4.2 million UAH, was obtained by the doctor from the alienation of real estate. The main source of income was a citizen named Oksana Hnid.
In the declaration for 2024, the absence of an apartment with an area of 80.6 square meters in Lviv, which belonged to the head of the MSEC of Lviv region, Volodymyr Reshota, was noted. This property was acquired by the doctor at the end of December 2023 for 3.9 million UAH. The apartment was transferred to him based on a debt transfer agreement from citizen Ivan Dumych. It is likely that citizen Dumych owed the head of the MSEC and repaid his debt with the apartment.
Currently, the owner of the apartment with an area of 80.6 square meters is citizen Oksana Hnid.
According to the analytical system Youcontrol, Oksana Hnid is also a resident of Lviv and has been the owner and director of LLC '3I' since November 2024. In Lviv, this company maintains one of the largest pharmacy chains.
The previous owner of LLC '3I' was Igor Pavlysh. In December 2023, a person with the same initials lent 4.1 million UAH to the head of the MSEC of Lviv region, Volodymyr Reshota. This amount is reflected in the doctor's declarations for 2023 and 2024.
It should be noted that since 1999, Volodymyr Reshota was the chief doctor of the Lviv Regional Center for Medical and Social Expertise. In December 2024, this medical institution was liquidated by the Lviv Regional Council.

Yulia Sitenko, a psychiatrist at the Kharkiv Regional Center for Medical and Social Expertise (MSEC), purchased an apartment with an area of 77.8 square meters in Kharkiv for 1.9 million UAH in 2024. It is likely that she received significant financial assistance from her husband's parents, Volodymyr and Zoya Shkod, as well as from citizen Natalia Chuhai, who is her mother according to Sitenko's profile on Facebook. The total amount of these gifts is 1.7 million UAH. Additionally, a week before purchasing the apartment, Sitenko received a loan of 200,000 UAH.

It should be reminded that on October 4, 2024, the head of the Khmelnytsky Regional MSEC, Tetiana Krupa, and her son, the former head of the regional Pension Fund, Oleksandr Krupa, were exposed for involvement in illegal enrichment. During searches, over 6 million dollars in cash was found in their possession. On October 7, the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv imposed a preventive measure on Tetiana Krupa. She was sentenced to imprisonment with the possibility of bail exceeding 500 million UAH. Subsequently, the courts reduced the amount of bail to 280 million UAH.
In mid-October 2024, there was an incident involving the appropriation of disability by prosecutors. About 50 prosecutors from the Khmelnytsky region, including former regional prosecutor Oleksiy Oliinyk, received disability status.
After the 'MSEC scandal', the government decided to liquidate medical and social expert commissions. Starting from January 1 of this year, MSEC no longer exists in the Ukrainian system; instead, expert teams have been established.
