“From radio interception, it is known that even before the start of the attack, the commander of the Russian Federation ordered to destroy the civilian population and act ruthlessly. The Russian military unit killed the girl's parents and abducted her, holding her hostage. The girl was then used as a human shield to avoid negative consequences from Ukrainian forces.
