According to Novyny.live: Five Russian missiles hit the Kyiv CHPP-5, causing significant damage. This incident occurred as a result of attacks from Russia, which have affected the heating supply of the capital. People's Deputy Oleksiy Kucherenko noted that a heat pipeline from CHPP-5 runs under the Paton Bridge, supplying heat to various districts of Kyiv, including:
- Pechersk
- Holosiivska Square
- Other districts

In connection with this, Minister of Energy Yulia Svyrydenko reported on the restoration of water supply in Kyiv region. However, the situation with electricity supply remains difficult. Mykola Kolisnyk, a representative of the energy sector, reported that there are currently no forecasts regarding the timing of the restoration of electricity supply in Kyiv. It is noted that the direct reason for the lack of electricity supply is the attacks that cause significant damage to the energy infrastructure of the city.
The situation continues to remain tense, and authorities are working to address the problems arising from the attacks.
