Master of Public Administration, Academician of the Ukrainian Municipal Academy. Doctor of Sociology, defended the dissertation on the topic 'Elitism Concepts in the Context of Democratic Transformation Processes'.
Career. From 1983 to 1987, he worked as a researcher at the Institute of Cybernetics of the Academy of Sciences of the Ukrainian SSR V.M. Glushkov. From 1988 to 1991, A. Kucherenko was the director of the Computer Association 'Kyiv'.
