Mothers of sick children receive the right to early retirement: conditions of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.

Who can receive early retirement

According to inkorr.com: The press service of the Pension Fund of Ukraine has reported that mothers raising sick children under the age of six without disabilities can receive early retirement. To qualify, they must be at least 50 years old and have 15 years of insurance experience. This opportunity is enshrined in Ukrainian legislation.

 

The category of sick children without disabilities includes children with neurological diseases, developmental disabilities, rare genetic disorders, oncological diseases, and other serious ailments.

Necessary documents to confirm status

• Certificate of state assistance for children with severe illnesses.
• Medical certificate from a healthcare institution about the child's illness under six years old.

These documents will enable mothers to receive early retirement and ensure the protection of their rights in society.

The Pension Fund of Ukraine reminded about the requirements for women who cared for sick children under six years old. They need to have the appropriate insurance experience and provide documented proof of the child's status.
