Ukrainian pension legislation allows for the receipt of six pensions at once. This applies to citizens who plan to move abroad for permanent residence.
According to information from the Pension Fund, only those individuals who intend to officially leave the country and settle abroad can receive six pensions at once. The state is obliged to make pension payments in advance in this amount.
To do this, you need to contact the local Pension Fund office with a corresponding application and a package of necessary documents, including a passport and a certificate of deregistration in Ukraine.
After receiving pension payments in advance, most retirees will lose the right to receive pensions in the future from Ukraine, except for countries with pension agreements.
Such innovations arise in the context of changes in the pension calculation formula and the improvement of the social security system in Ukraine. It is also important to comply with the requirements for submitting documents to the Pension Fund to avoid the cessation of payments.
