Pensions and Subsidies: The Pension Fund Unveils Unexpected Figures to Ukrainians.
The Pension Fund of Ukraine reported in its latest report that by the end of June this year, 65.3 billion hryvnias in pensions had already been paid out. It can be said that 9.3 billion hryvnias were transferred via JSC 'Ukrposhta', while the rest - 56 billion hryvnias - through banking institutions.
In total, 1231.7 million hryvnias were allocated for housing subsidies and benefits. Funding for insurance payments amounted to 2.72 billion hryvnias, of which 1481.7 million hryvnias was directed to pay for sick leaves. The Pension Fund actively worked throughout June, providing 802.9 thousand services to citizens seeking support.
The report shows that social payments in Ukraine continue to be regularly received by the population, which is of great importance for the social support of citizens in the country.
