On July 23, a new round of negotiations between Ukraine and Russia will take place in Istanbul. The main topics of discussion have been revealed. Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak explained what he expects from the negotiations. According to him, the dynamics of the peace process is important for Ukraine.
