Transfer to the rear without relations - is it possible.

A serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has the right to transfer from one brigade to another, from the front to the rear. However, one key document is needed for this transfer, without which it cannot be completed.

Servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have the right to be transferred from one military unit to another. This right remains with them even during the state of war.

A citizen turned to lawyers, inquiring whether it is possible to transfer from one unit to another, rear one. The man specified whether such a step could be taken without relations to the unit to which the serviceman plans to transfer. Lawyer Yuriy Ayvazyan explained that the fact of transferring from a combat brigade to a rear one is not unique, but in the situation with relations, everything is much more complicated.

Mandatory document

'Relations are a mandatory document for transferring,' Ayvazyan emphasized in a comment. He stressed that without relations, it is impossible to transfer at all, whether to the rear or to a front unit.
