Where Unfitness is Approved Based on the VLK Results
The military medical commission is an important element of military accounting and the mobilization process in Ukraine. After passing the district VLK, the citizen turned to lawyers with questions about further actions.
Lawyer Yuriy Aivazyan explained that the conclusion of the VLK TCK is checked by the regional VLK, and then sent for approval to the regular VLK. Only after this can the citizen be removed from military accounting.
This process is important in the context of the introduction of martial law in Ukraine and mobilization. Understanding the procedures and structures that carry out the verification of VLK conclusions helps citizens resolve their issues regarding military service.
