Robot Idol fell during the presentation in Moscow: what went wrong.
According to inkorr.com: The first humanoid robot with artificial intelligence was presented in Russia. During the demonstration, when the robot named Idol tried to wave its hand to the song Gonna Fly Now, it fell, leading to a break in the event. The leader of the National Technology Coalition, Alexey Yuzhakov, emphasized that the robot is still not quite confident in its walking.
The founder of the company explained that the fall was due to a malfunction of the stereo cameras, but during the next attempt, Idol was able to stay on its feet. The developers noted that the robot can move, perform tasks with objects, and communicate with people. Having
"a face", it displays up to 12 basic emotions and numerous micro-expressions.
