The official website of the Pension Fund of Ukraine has published details regarding the financing of social payments in the country. In particular, it is noted that 59.7 billion hryvnias were spent on pension payments, of which nearly 50 billion hryvnias were transferred through banks. Funds have also been allocated for housing subsidies, insurance payments, and sick leave. It is also worth noting that for the first time in Ukraine, payments for the care of pensioners have started, which is an additional step towards improving social protection for the population.
