'The most funds will go to projects in the Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Sumy regions,' emphasized Shmyhal.
Moreover, the government has also recognized Mykolaiv region, allocating 50 million hryvnias for the renovation of an important rehabilitation department of the veterans' hospital. All these measures are aimed at improving people's lives and meeting their needs during the winter season.
