Utility Benefits for Ukraine's Defenders: How to Apply Now.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has announced the possibility of receiving a 75% discount on payments for housing and utility services, fuel, and gas for combat participants.

To receive the benefit, the following documents must be submitted:

• application for entering information into the Register of persons entitled to benefits
• application for benefits on payment of housing and utility services
• combatant's identification document
• passport document
• taxpayer's registration card number (TRCN)

Documents can be submitted in person at the Service Center of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, in local government bodies, or via the web portals of the Pension Fund of Ukraine and "Diia".

When submitting an application online, you must have scanned copies of the documents and a qualified electronic signature.
