After the NBU's Action: NovaPay to Implement Strict Control over Transfers and Postpay.
It is well known that NovaPay is a key payment service for 'Nova Post'. However, recently the company received a serious fine from the National Bank. The amount of this financial 'penalty' was an incredible 90 million hryvnias for violating financial monitoring.
'Most of the regulator's comments concerned improvements to the financial monitoring system for you, our clients', emphasized the company.
But NovaPay didn't sit idle. The company promptly made the necessary changes to rectify the situation and be more attentive to receiving payments from individuals, as well as to comply with the regulator's requirements.

According to the information received, NovaPay, which services payments for 'Nova Post', was penalized by the National Bank for violating financial monitoring rules. The company received a significant fine of 90 million hryvnias and has already improved its financial management system. Representatives of 'Nova Post' concluded that the fine will be paid on time and in full.
