The head of the state agency, Hennadiy Novikov, clarified that complaints are processed within a few days. Until September, such cases were rare, and the consideration of applications took considerable time.

There is also ongoing cooperation with Meta, within the framework of which 54 accounts on Instagram have already been blocked for illegally promoting gambling.

Changes to licensing conditions

The Cabinet of Ministers has approved changes to the licensing conditions for gambling organizers. This will allow PlayCity to begin issuing new licenses, ensuring an influx of approximately 50 million hryvnias into the state budget.
