The Kyiv City State Administration plans to launch a support program for large families in 2025. Under this plan, the city will provide a one-time financial assistance to 8,500 large families, including internally displaced persons raising three or more children.
One of the conditions for receiving assistance is registration with social protection authorities and actual residence in Kyiv.
The program aims to support over 10,500 children from large families, each of whom will receive 7,500 hryvnias in state social assistance.
Each child assigned state social assistance will receive 7,500 hryvnias.
The total budget of the program is approximately 80 million hryvnias and is financed through the city's targeted program 'Care. Toward Kyivans'.
Payments will be made through the multifunctional electronic 'Kyiv resident card'.
Children from large families aged up to 6 years inclusively are entitled to receive state social assistance according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The Cabinet of Ministers has expanded the program 'Winter eSupport'.
