On Friday, July 18, no significant magnetic storms are expected on Earth. Solar activity has been low in the past 24 hours.

In the last 24 hours, there have been four C-class flares on the Sun. Such flares have little impact on Earth.
It is expected that on Friday the geomagnetic field will range from quiet to unstable levels. At the same time, solar activity will be low with a chance of M-class flares.

- Probability of a major geomagnetic storm - 1%.
- Probability of an M-class flare on the Sun - 60%.
- Probability of an X-class flare on the Sun - 5%.

To reduce the impact of magnetic storms on health, meteorologically sensitive individuals are advised to follow these recommendations:
- establish a sleep routine;
- engage in light physical exercises, take a walk outdoors, or practice yoga;
- balance your diet;
- drink enough water;
- avoid stress, meditate, or perform simple breathing exercises;
- ensure a calm environment and comfort at home.
