Deferrals for 600 thousand Ukrainians: How to extend automatically from November.
Automatic extension of deferrals for more than 600 thousand Ukrainians
According to inkorr.com: Starting from November 1, over 600 thousand Ukrainians will receive an automatic deferral. This was announced by the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Yulia Svyrydenko. The new rules regarding deferrals related to mobilization will come into effect at the beginning of November 2025.
Changes provide for automatic extension without the personal participation of citizens, the possibility of document processing in electronic format and acceptance of applications at Administrative Service Centers (ASC). This will allow avoiding visits to institutions, long queues, and the collection of paper certificates.
- About 80% of deferrals can be processed online through the 'Reserve+' system, the others – at any ASC.
- Instead of paper documents with stamps, an electronic military registration document with a QR code is introduced.
Yulia Svyrydenko emphasized that this is a significant step in creating the 'e-Military Registration' system – a digital platform that aims to transfer most military registration services online.
Thus, the Ukrainian government has announced automatic extensions of deferrals from mobilization for over 600 thousand citizens. This will simplify the process of obtaining military registration by using online systems, allowing avoidance of unnecessary hassle and queues.
Thanks to these changes, Ukrainians can expect a more convenient process for obtaining deferrals, which will be an important step in modernizing administrative services. The introduction of digital technologies in this area promises to reduce bureaucratic barriers and improve citizen services.
