The Russian Orthodox Church accused women of the drinking habits of Russian men: what the priest stated.

The Russian Orthodox Church has invented a new reason for men's alcohol addiction. According to them, their wives are to blame. The rector of the Vvedensky Church in Kashir Valery Soskovets noted that men start drinking when their wives do not obey them. He urged women who do not want to submit to their husbands not to get married.

Justification of Russian men's drinking in the ROC

According to the priest, men feel stressed if they are not the heads of their families, and this leads to alcohol addiction. Earlier, priest Andrey Tkachev stated that a woman for a man is no more than a shadow and should not dream of a career.
