The Deputy of the Lviv Oblast Medical and Social Expert Commission, who was taken up by law enforcement, declared an expensive Mother of God.

The Deputy Chief Doctor of the Lviv Oblast Medical and Social Expertise Center (MSEC) Ruslana Ivanochko, who was exposed for declaring false information in November 2024, submitted a new declaration in connection with her dismissal. According to the document, the doctor and her husband Igor Kravchuk are official millionaires. Last year, the couple started receiving a pension despite their relatively young age. This was reported by 'Glavkom' referencing the declaration register.

Real Estate and Cars

Last year, Ivanochko acquired a non-residential premises in Lviv with an area of 3.4 sq. m for the sum of 14.8 thousand UAH, and also began renting a parking space. She did not declare any cars. Other interesting acquisitions include a stone statue of the Mother of God worth 298.1 thousand UAH and expenses for assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine amounting to 350 thousand UAH.

At the same Time, Ivanochko's husband sold his car for almost 850 thousand UAH. The total income of the couple for an incomplete year amounted to 1.8 million UAH. They have 1 million UAH, $45 thousand, and €52 thousand in cash, as well as 176.3 thousand UAH in bank accounts.

Real Estate

The Ivanochko family's ownership includes three apartments in Lviv with a total area of 250.4 sq. m, two plots of land totaling 0.14 hectares, a parking space, and a garage. In 2023, Ivanochko became the owner of a residential building with an area of 149.8 sq. m in the village of Zymna Voda in Lviv Oblast. The total value of the real estate is 3.4 million UAH. According to the 2023 declaration, she received this house as a gift from citizen Lesia Kachmaryk-Boysyn.

It should be reminded that in November 2024, the Deputy Chief Doctor of the Lviv MSEC Ruslana Ivanochko was exposed for declaring false information. She has been informed of suspicion. According to the investigation, she did not indicate in the declaration the presence of real estate and vehicles owned by her and her husband, including a garage that is rented, as well as two premium-class cars – Mercedes-Benz GLE 300D Coupe and BMW X5. All this property exceeds 5.9 million UAH.

It is worth noting that the MSEC scandal began in October 2024 when the head of the Khmelnytskyi Oblast MSEC Tetiana Krupa and her son, the former head of the regional Pension Fund Oleksandr Krupa, were detained as suspects in illegal enrichment. During searches, more than $6 million in cash was found with them. Tetiana Krupa was taken into custody with the possibility of posting bail exceeding 500 million UAH. Later, courts reduced the bail amount to 280 million UAH.

In mid-October 2024, a story was uncovered regarding the granting of disability to prosecutors in Khmelnytskyi. More than 50 prosecutors, including former regional prosecutor Oleksii Oliinyk, received disability.

As a result of these events, the authorities liquidated medical and social expert commissions. From January 1, 2025, MSEC ceased operations in Ukraine, and they were replaced by expert teams.
