'We live in a very dangerous time when the crises we face can suddenly escalate, grow, if we are not wise and fair,' Kellogg said.
Lukashenko provided Kellogg with security during his stay in Belarus and guaranteed full protection on the territory of the country. Kellogg became the highest-ranking US official to visit Belarus in recent years.
