According to the case details, the woman founded a Viber group called 'Minty in the Village...' in September 2022. Notably, she had no prior criminal record before this trial. Between January 12 and March 23, 2026, 33 messages were posted in the group, detailing the locations where territorial recruitment centers were operating.
The court’s ruling also included the confiscation of a Redmi Note 12 mobile phone and a SIM card, while her Acer laptop was returned to her. This case has set a significant legal precedent regarding accountability for sharing information related to military conscription.
