PrivatBank to Offer Cashback on International Money Transfers, with Rewards Up to 100,000 Hryvnias.
New Rules for International Transfers at PrivatBank
According to Novyny.live: PrivatBank has announced a new set of rules for international money transfers, which will take effect in February 2026. This initiative introduces a cashback reward for clients who use Mastercard cards to send money abroad. The program is designed to provide a financial incentive for the bank's cardholders.
Cashback Terms and Prize Draws
The new cashback terms will apply to several card types, including:
- Payment cards;
- Universal cards;
- Universal Gold cards;
- Premium cards.
A prize draw in February will allow clients to win rewards ranging from 250 to 50,000 hryvnias. Furthermore, a special spring draw is planned with a super prize of 100,000 hryvnias. This move comes as digital and cross-border payments are becoming increasingly common globally. The transfer amount can start from as little as 1 US dollar or euro, up to the equivalent of 100,000 hryvnias, offering flexibility for various international financial needs. All specific details of the new rules and cashback conditions will be available from the bank once the program launches.
The introduction of these new international transfer rules at PrivatBank reflects growing competition in the financial services market and the bank's aim to attract clients with favorable terms. Given the increased focus on international financial operations, such initiatives may encourage greater participation by Ukrainians in cross-border money transfers. Clients will be able to benefit from using their cards while gaining additional advantages from the bank's services.
