PrivatBank addressed its clients: important information has appeared for all bank card owners.


In June 2025, PrivatBank began using the short number 3700 to communicate with its clients. Thus, the bank aims to ensure security and increase trust between itself and Ukrainian service users.
Now clients can be confident that calls from 3700 are indeed from PrivatBank, since this number is used only for communication with subscribers of Vodafone, Lifecell, and Kyivstar operators. It should also be remembered that the bank will never contact clients through social media, so be cautious not to fall into the hands of scammers.

PrivatBank continues to provide reliable financial services and monitor the safety of its clients, actively responding to modern threats and preventing possible scam schemes. The new communication standard is just one step towards improving relations between the bank and its clients, ensuring protection and peace of mind for Ukrainian financial service consumers.
