The warmest readings of +12 to +17 °C are likely in the western, central, and southern oblasts. Northern and eastern areas will see daytime highs of +10 to +14 °C, with the northeast reaching +9 to +12 °C.
This follows a notably warm spell, as temperatures in some regions reached +17 °C on March 9, a trend set to continue. Such early spring warmth is typical for the region during this transitional period.
