According to inkorr.com: The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted a bill providing a new deferment from military conscription for certain categories of citizens during mobilization. At the same time, criteria were approved to determine defense industry enterprises as critically important for the economy of the state. The Ministry of Defense has already begun accepting documents from enterprises to grant them this status.
