According to Novyny.live: On March 15, 2024, Russian forces launched a missile attack on a children’s camp in Odesa, killing 21 people and wounding 74 others. The tragedy unfolded after a double missile strike targeted the camp located at Dacha Kovalevskoho. The first missile hit the 'Mriya' children’s camp at 11:03 AM. Half an hour later, Russian troops fired a second missile at the same location, causing even greater destruction and loss of life. Among the dead were:
- Serhiy Tetyukhin
- Oleksandr Hostishchev
- Andriy Boyarsky
In total, 21 people were killed and 74 sustained injuries of varying severity as a result of the attack.
The missile strike completely destroyed four residential buildings and damaged 64 others. This tragedy affected not only children vacationing at the camp but also residents of nearby neighborhoods. Such acts of violence have sparked outrage and deep sympathy across society.
