According to Novyny.live: In the early hours of March 28, the Russian military launched a missile strike on Odessa, killing one person and wounding at least 12 others. Among the injured is a 9-year-old boy, who remains in moderate condition. The attack triggered widespread alarm across the city as air raid sirens sounded.
The strike damaged the roof of a four-story maternity hospital that housed 80 people, including 33 medical staff. Residential buildings—both private homes and apartment blocks—were also hit, along with critical infrastructure and a television center. Emergency and rescue teams are currently on-site providing assistance to the victims.
The air raid alert in Odessa caused panic among residents. This assault marks yet another escalation in the ongoing aggression in the region, underscoring the severity of the situation in Ukraine.
