Process of making the dessert

Creating the base

  • First, we prepare the base. In a bowl, sift the flour, add cocoa powder and sugar, mixing thoroughly until homogeneous.

  • Next, grate the frozen butter on a fine grater, dusting it with flour.

  • Quickly knead the butter-flour mixture by hand to form a uniform crumb.

  • Spread the crumb on a heated non-stick skillet and fry, stirring constantly, until golden brown (about 5 minutes). After that, let it cool.

Preparing the filling and cream

While the crumb cools, we prepare the cream and filling.

  • In a separate container, soak the gelatin in cold water to swell.
