Recipes and referrals to the doctor: a new service launched in 'Diya'.
The Government of Ukraine has made important changes to the communication system of medical messages. Now citizens will be able to receive all important medical information directly through the mobile app 'Diya'.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation has announced revolutionary changes in the electronic healthcare system. Soon, Ukrainians will be able to receive various medical notifications: prescription codes, referrals to doctors, and other important documents directly on their smartphones.
The mechanism of the new service provides several communication options. The mobile app Diya will be the priority channel. If the app is not available, messages will be sent via Viber, and if the messenger is not available - in the traditional way via SMS.
Among the medical notifications that will now be available in Diya are: prescription codes, referrals to doctors, requests for access to personal data, consent to process information, and approval of treatment plans.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation urges citizens to follow the official pages of Diya and the Ministry of Digital Transformation to not miss important updates and details of the new service launch.
Earlier, 'Diya' launched a new feature for complaints about the lack of communication or internet.
