Anna was dressed in casual clothing: black leggings and a gray sweater with a neckline that concealed her growing belly. The pregnancy was already announced in August.
Together with her husband, singer Enrique Iglesias, they are preparing for the birth of their fourth child. The couple already has three children: seven-year-old twins Lucy and Nicholas, and five-year-old Maria.
Anna, who is 44 years old, looked healthy and fit after having health issues earlier this year.
Kournikova caused serious concern when she was seen in a wheelchair in Bal Harbour, Florida. She was also wearing an orthopedic shoe on one of her feet.
Since retiring from professional tennis in 2003, Anna has tried to keep her family life private.

However, earlier this week she was seen with Nicholas in Miami. Anna tries to keep her life and her children out of the media, while Iglesias is more open in this regard.
“I rest at home with the kids, enjoy taking them to school and watching them grow. I have twins, and they grow so fast every day. I want to enjoy this. After 24 hours, they have already grown up,” he said at the Music Awards.
Kournikova's pregnancy makes her family life even more interesting as the couple prepares to welcome a new child. This stage will undoubtedly be a new challenge for them, but also a source of joy and happiness. Anna's health status after recent issues remains an important aspect that her fans and the media keep an eye on.
