According to TSN.ua: A major public sector salary reform launched in Ukraine in 2023 has resulted in higher pay for doctors and teachers. However, only 38–40% of state employees experienced a significant salary increase, while other categories of public sector workers received only symbolic raises of 600–900 Ukrainian hryvnias.
