The authorized representative analyzed her work for the first 20 days in office

Olga Reshetilova, who is engaged in the protection of the rights of military personnel and their family members, presented a report on her work for the first 20 days of work.

During this Time, 3876 appeals were received, among which there were complaints about not being sent to the Military Medical Commission and treatment, as well as problems with relocation between units.

'I know that some military personnel abuse the opportunity to pass the Military Medical Commission, but among the received appeals, there are cases when military personnel were not sent for treatment after injuries, urgent or scheduled surgeries, suffer from severe concussions, panic attacks, and post-traumatic disorders. In such a state, their effectiveness in carrying out combat missions is low, and the mortality rate will increase. Moreover, when military personnel do not receive treatment for mental disorders, they may endanger both their own lives and the lives of their comrades,' Reshetilova stated.

The authorized representative also noted that military commanders often violate orders regarding relocation or intentionally transfer military personnel to other positions without their consent.

'We will not allow anyone to kidnap our people,' these words were spoken by one of the officers. Reshetilova emphasized that military personnel are not commodities and have the right to respect. Ignoring this rule by commanders leads to problems with the execution of orders.

The authorized representative also reported on a comprehensive inspection of the level of discipline among commanders in the execution of orders from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
