Reserves+ has acquired a new feature: how referrals to the Military Medical Commission will be handled now.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine begins testing electronic referrals to the Military Medical Commission in the 'Reserves+' application. This is the first step towards the digitalization of the process of passing the Military Medical Commission.
According to Defense Minister Rustem Umeirov, the new service will enable military personnel to receive referrals without visiting territorial recruitment centers and waiting in lines.
The process of getting an electronic referral consists of three stages: submitting a request through 'Reserves+', confirmation from the head of the recruitment center, and receiving a notification with all necessary data.
At the first stage, the service will be available for citizens who voluntarily expressed a desire to undergo the Military Medical Commission. Later, the ability to use electronic referrals will be granted to individuals who receive paper summons.
In the spring of 2025, the possibility of choosing a medical institution for a fitness examination after the integration of the Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Health information systems is planned to be implemented.
It is worth reminding that all citizens of Ukraine recognized as limited fit for military service before May 4, 2024, must undergo a mandatory repeat medical examination. The deadline for passing is until February 4, 2025.
It should be noted that passing the military medical examination is only possible by referral from the recruitment center, and violations of military accounting rules entail a fine from 17,000 to 25,500 hryvnias.
Moreover, temporarily unfit due to health reasons can receive a deferment for the period specified in the Military Medical Commission's ruling, but not more than 12 months.
