"This is a conscious Russian terror that can be stopped by one order, but this order must look into Russia and the Russian army. Easter was evidence when there were no air alerts in Ukraine. Ukraine proposed to continue the silence after Easter and make it complete. Our proposal for a ceasefire regarding civilian objects remains in force. Russia must seriously prepare for negotiations on this. There will be no obstacles on the Ukrainian side," Zelensky emphasized.
