As a result of the enemy forces' KAB attack on the city of Zaporizhzhia on November 7, a young mother, Sofia, and her one and a half year-old son Adam were killed. Oleg Ivanenko, a deputy of the Kyiv Regional Council, published their family photo on his Facebook account, which was found under the rubble.

Recall that on November 7, the Russian army carried out five strikes on the city of Zaporizhzhia. As a result of these attacks, residential buildings and medical facilities were damaged. The death toll at the site of the incidents rose to nine, including a one-year-old boy. Another 42 people were injured. Today, a Day of Mourning has been declared in Zaporizhzhia.
In addition, on the night of November 8, a drone raid took place on the city of Odessa, as a result of which a building of one of the city schools and a kindergarten were damaged.
Also on the night of November 8, the occupiers attacked Kyiv region and the city of Kyiv using drones. Four people were injured as a result of these attacks, but they all received the necessary medical care. The injured were hospitalized in a local hospital.
In Kharkiv, on the night of November 8, explosions occurred. One of the KABs hit a 12-storey building in the Saltivskyi district. A three-month-old infant was injured. As of 05:45, 25 injuries were reported.
During the nightly air alarms, air defenses shot down two strike UAVs in the Khmelnytskyi region. As a result of the attack, the roof and windows in the apartments of a two-storey residential building were damaged. The fire was extinguished, but there were no injured or dead.
