Deadly Attack on Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

According to Novyny.live: On June 7, Russian forces launched strikes on the Dnipropetrovsk region, killing one person and wounding another. The attacks targeted the Nikopol and Synelnykove districts, where the enemy carried out over 20 assaults using drones and an aerial bomb.

In the Nikopol area, a 59-year-old man was killed in the shelling. In the Synelnykove district, a 35-year-old man was injured. According to Oleksandr Hanzha:

“In the Synelnykove area, the enemy struck the communities of Petropavlivka, Shakhtarske, Pokrovske, and Mykolaivka.” - Oleksandr Hanzha

Heightened Tensions Across the Region

Since the start of June, Russian occupiers have been aggressively targeting civilian vehicles on the highway connecting Kharkiv and Sumy. Additionally, on June 6, the enemy struck civilian infrastructure in Zaporizhzhia. The situation remains tense, with local residents continuing to suffer from the consequences of the aggression.

These attacks are part of Russia’s broader war against Ukraine, which began in 2014 and has escalated significantly in recent months. The increased targeting of civilian sites and transport routes reflects an effort by the occupiers to undermine public morale and destabilize affected regions.

Local authorities and emergency services are working to assist the victims and ensure the safety of citizens.
