Utility services have already started preparatory work to restore water supply, sewage, and heating.

“Specialists are working to identify technical problems and possibilities for conducting repair works. We ask you to remain calm, keep your devices charged, use resources economically, and follow updates on the official Facebook page of the Horishni Plavni community,” the city council's message states.

Drone Attack in Dnipro and Kamianske

That same evening, a series of explosions were heard in Dnipro due to a drone attack. One of the enemy UAVs hit a residential building, causing significant damage. The injured are receiving necessary treatment.

In Kamianske, rescuers found the body of a man under the rubble of an apartment building, who died due to the night shelling. Eight people, including five rescuers, were rescued from the ruins.
