According to UATV: Russian forces carried out a drone strike on the city of Vovchansk in the Zaporizhzhia region overnight on January 29, resulting in three fatalities and three injuries. The victims include a 62-year-old man and two women, aged 26 and 50. The Zaporizhzhia region, located in southeastern Ukraine, has been a frequent target since the invasion began.
The attack damaged seven private homes, one of which was completely destroyed. According to Ivan Fedorov, head of the regional military administration, Russian occupying forces launched a total of 841 strikes across 34 settlements in Zaporizhzhia region over the past day. Authorities also recorded 385 reports of damage to housing, vehicles, and infrastructure objects.
